Brigit’s Garden Galway Ireland – The beautiful gardens are set within woodlands and wildflower meadows in the heart of the West of Ireland. Visitors can also enjoy the nature trail, children’s discovery trail, thatched round house, ring fort and more…

The award-winning Celtic Gardens are designed with Irish Mythology and Celtic heritage in mind and are widely regarded as one of the most spectacular in Ireland. Stroll through 11 acres of lush native woodland and wild flower meadows in this beautiful West of Ireland setting.

This Celtic Garden environment offers an abundance of interests for families and visitors enjoying a day out in Galway, with nature trail, an ancient ring fort (fairy fort), thatched roundhouse and crannog, and also the calendar sundial – the largest of its kind in Ireland.

Hugely popular with families, the kids’ discovery trail offers a natural playground with lots of opportunity to explore. Grown ups are not forgotten as the Brigit’s Garden Galway Visitor Centre houses the Garden Café with excellent fresh food, the colourful Gift Shop and also a function room.

Ideal for school tours in Galway, Brigit’s Garden is a Discover Science Centre and a popular destination for primary schools, with exciting programmes linked to nature and heritage.

Regular events entertain young and old throughout the year and children will be delighted to hear that a little robin tells us, a VIP also makes an appearance every December!
