Christmas drive-in movies at Tattersalls Country House – fun-filled family films and a great day out over the festive break
Experience a Christmas event with a difference and park up in front of one of the world’s largest mobile LED screens for just €20 per car if you buy your ticket before December 18th. With an incredible selection of festive family-friendly movies, and some great later date night choices too, you and your friends and family will be spoilt for choice.
Drive-in Movies Meath
run from 27th until 31st December at Tattersalls Country House, Ratoath, with three different films being screened daily. Family-friendly matinees kick off at 1.30 every day including The Polar Express, Elf, The Muppet Christmas Carol and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Perfectly timed to get the kids excited to be out of the house just as post-Santa boredom sets in, these are great movies to take a trip to with all the family – all without any small voices saying “are we there yet?” from the back seat!
The showing at 5 o’clock daily includes Home Alone, Miracle on 34th Street, It’s a Wonderful Life, Fred Claus and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, movies that can also work for smaller children as well as the older ones. And then the evening showing, which begins at 8.30 p.m., is perfect for groups of friends or even date night, with movies including Die Hard, The Holiday, Bad Santa, The Holiday and Love Actually.
