Loughcrew Gardens & Adventure Centre aspire to be a place for the whole family to come and enjoy a day out in Meath. No matter the age or interests, from small children to grandparents and everyone else in between. From those who are up for adventure, to those who adore history, marvellous views, peace & tranquillity or those who love food, we have it all. Our hand selected team work towards a solitary goal of making each experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Loughcrew’s Adventure Centre provide a day out that you will never forget and will fondly remember – experiences that will live on with you!

A Half Day in our adventure centre includes 3 activities of your choosing spread out over 3 hours on the course. A Full Day of activities on the adventure course includes up to 6 activities over a 5 hour period on the course itself.

Activities include zip lining, rock climbing, obstacle courses, archery, assault courses and much more to make this all possible and make the perfect day out for whatever the occasion!

Loughcrew Gardens Meath are a breathtaking spectacle from 17th and 19th century landscape and pleasure gardens. Take a walk through centuries of garden and landscape fantasy. The central area of approximately six acres includes a lime avenue, extensive lawns and terraces, magnificent herbaceous border and physic border. Within the gardens stand a medieval moote and St. Oliver Plunkett’s family church and Tower House.

If you would rather, there is also a longer lake walk around Lough Creeve. There is some beautiful scenery to be taken in along the way, as it goes right past Loughcrew House. With extra treats along the way as the walk itself takes in different forest and rockery walks and also has a fairy ring. This walk starts and finishes at the Coffee Shop.

There is also a small playground located at the Coffee Shop for the children to play and explore. This playground contains a mini zipline and climbing wall to give the children a taste of what is located in the adventure course itself.
