Westport House and Pirate Adventure Park

The Browne family, who own the 18th Century Westport House today, are direct descendants of the famous 16th Century pirate Grace O Malley, who was known as the ‘Pirate Queen of Connaught’.
The park is a super day out for families, groups or couples and has something for everyone with heritage, fun days out for kids, camping areas and adventure activities.
Operating as an attraction since the 1960s, the park has grown from strength to strength and is now an award winning venue and one of West Ireland’s top visitor attractions.
