Emerald Park lights up April with new ‘After Hours’ night experience

An exclusive evening of thrills lands on April 18^th, as Hop & Hunt Easter fun continues for families

As the clocks go forward and evenings get longer, Emerald Park is making the most of every extra minute with a brand-new After Hours experience packed with night-time thrills! This April Emerald Park is set to open its gates for a special new seasonal experience Emerald Park After Hours, taking place on Friday, April 18^th.

 

Located 20 minutes outside of Dublin in Ashbourne, Co. Meath the theme park and zoo is building on the success of the park’s popular Halloween After Dark event. This spring edition offers guests a rare opportunity to experience Emerald Park in a completely different way with exclusive evening access to some of its most thrilling attractions, all for a special ticket price of just €25 available to purchase now at EmeraldPark.ie 

 

Designed for adrenaline lovers, Emerald Park After Hours will give guests exclusive access to 12 high-energy attractions, including the legendary Cú Chulainn Coaster, Europe’s largest inverted wooden rollercoaster, and the ever-popular Viking Voyage. Guests can also take flight on Endeavour, spin on The Rotator, and experience an extra rush of excitement as rides like Dino Dash, Flight School, Air Race, and Power Surge come alive as evening falls.

 

In a unique evening experience, Emerald Park After Hours promises an unforgettable, high-energy experience and marks the first time the park has hosted a spring evening event of this kind.

 

Emerald Park After Hours runs from 6:30pm – 10pm as part of a special night entry. Guests can indulge in delicious bites from the Argentinian Grill or Dino Bite, sweet treats at Yummy Creations, Tower Café, and The Coffee Dock, or browse for souvenirs at the Emerald Park Gift Shop.

Alongside this exciting new launch, families still have time to experience Emerald Park’s much-loved Hop & Hunt, running from Thursday, April 2^nd to Monday, April 6^th.

One of Ireland’s largest Easter egg hunts, Hop & Hunt features over 12,000 chocolate Easter eggs up for grabs. On arrival, guests receive a themed trail map and set off on an interactive adventure, collecting stamps at various locations before claiming a delicious chocolate prize at the end with even the chance of finding a special golden ticket surprise.

 

The event also includes Easter-themed entertainment, arts and crafts, games in the Big Top Tent, and special animal experiences, making it a perfect day out for families during the Easter break.
