Tayto Park

For the first time ever, come and see how the nation’s favourite crisps are made and learn all the guarded secrets from Mr.Tayto himself. Here you will get to see the inside of The Tayto Factory and see the full process of how the crisps and snacks are made.

There are two separate play areas; enjoy the craic of the Pow Wow Playground and Tiny Taters Patch for all the younger spuds!

The Buffalo Ridge at Tayto Park is home for 15 years to Ireland’s first herd of American Bison. Over 20 buffalo roam the plains at Tayto Park, here they graze on the nutritious grasslands.

Some animals you’ll be familiar with are waiting to say hi in Pet-Tayto Corner! Rabbits, ducks, and geese to name a few, and some more unusual faces like Wild Turkeys and Peacocks.

Our very own walk through ‘safari’, keep an eye out for wildcats, racoons, skunks and some very unusual creatures that Mr Tayto came across on his travels.

High in the Sky at Tayto Park fly like and eagle on the first High Ropes Course of its kind in Ireland. Conquer the many obstacles and challenges ahead. The Exhilarating High Ropes are aimed for older and more adventurous kids and teens.
